Victoria office-to-resi conversion approved

Stockley-House-SW1-conversion

Victoria Gardens Development has received planning permission from Westminster city council to demolish an office building adjacent to Victoria station for a residential scheme.

Stockley House at 130 Wilton Road, SW1, will be demolished to make way for a 15-storey block including three basement levels and comprising between 104 and 110 flats of one to four beds.

Some 8,300 sq ft of shops will be provided on the ground floor, along with 45,800 sq ft of car parking.

The developer will be required to pay £10.3m towards the council’s affordable housing fund and provide £270,000 for public realm improvements to Hudson’s Place.

DP9 advised on planning.
