A former police station and magistrates court near Birmingham is one of the 140 lots to go under the hammer at Bond Wolfe Auctions’ final sale of the year.
The former Old Hill Police Station in Cradley Heath, which is located seven miles west of Birmingham city centre, comprises 6,803 sq ft and comes with car parking for up to 10 vehicles.
The buildings – some dating back to Victorian times – also include a range of offices, former interview rooms, stores and a kitchen.
They are being sold on behalf of West Midlands Police with a guide price of £250,000.
Ian Tudor, managing director of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said the buildings could be considered suitable for “a variety of alternative uses, subject to planning permission”.
The auction will take place on 11 December at the Holte Suite at Aston Villa FC.
