Victoria’s Secret has signed for a new 11,000 sq ft shop at intu Lakeside, Essex.
The new store will be in the upper mall on a 15-year lease.
Intu’s regional director, Julian Wilkinson, said: “With 70% of customers being female and with a keen eye for fashion, we’re confident that an aspirational lingerie brand like Victoria’s Secret will flourish.”
Intu has recently acquired planning permission for both a £100m leisure extension and a £180m retail extension to the scheme.
