Lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret has agreed a deal with Grosvenor Fund Management for its first shop in Liverpool at Liverpool ONE.
It is taking a 10,000 sq ft shop on a ten-year lease on lower South John Street.
Work to accommodate the new shop will begin in 2016. Ann Summers and Card Factory will be relocated to new stores of 3,675 sq ft and 3,058 sq ft respectively on South John Street.
