Victus Real Estate, the living market advisory business founded by Richard Stonehouse and Pete Day, has hired John Totman and Ella Barron, both from Avison Young.
Totman joins as associate director and brings over five years’ experience of advising on transactions across the build-to-rent sector, most recently specialising in the single-family housing sector.
Barron, who will be joining Victus as a surveyor, has spent three years working across the housing sector working with developers, investors and local authorities on land and capital markets transactions as well as development consultancy.
Stonehouse said: “Both bring complementary skill sets and experience to the team and will be an invaluable asset to the numerous developers and investors we are working with across the living sectors.”
