VINCI St Modwen, the 50/50 joint venture between St Modwen Properties and VINCI and the Covent Garden Market Authority, has secured resolution to grant planning permission for the £2bn, 57-acre New Covent Garden Market site in Nine Elms, SW8.
The 10-year project will deliver 500,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art market facilities across 37 acres, with the remaining 20 acres developed into three neighbourhoods comprising 3,000 new homes, offices, shops, leisure space and new community facilities.
