Vistorm has taken a prelet at the Oxford Science Park, developed by joint venture partners Prudential and Magdalen College, Oxford.
A 20-year lease has been signed on 2,900 sq m (31,500 sq ft) at the Hinshelwood Building at a rent of £125 per sq m (£20 per sq ft).
Lambert Smith Hampton acted for Vistorm while DTZ Debenham Tie Leung advised the developers.
