Vistry adds £215m site to pipeline

Vistry has paid £215m for a 96.5-acre site in Wolborough, Devon.

The FTSE 250-listed housebuilder plans to build 726 homes on the site, under both the Bovis and Linden Homes brands, ranging from one and two-bed apartments to two, three, four and five-bed houses. Of those, 145 will be affordable dwellings and 36 are designated as self-build plots. Construction is expected to start in September 2022.

“Given the strength of demand for our new builds, this latest site of over 700 homes will allow us to deliver much-needed housing, all the while boosting investment and jobs in the region.”
