Vistry Group adds 54 homes to Bedfordshire retirement scheme
Vistry Group has formed a partnership with Inspired Villages to build 54 additional homes at Elderswell village in Turvey, Bedfordshire.
This second phase of development will provide much-needed additional housing for people over 65.
Elderswell is an integrated retirement community. Its first phase was completed in 2022 and comprises 76 homes, a gym, restaurant, café and wider wellness facilities.

The next phase of the development will see an additional 54 homes around the village centre.
At Elderswell, modern methods of construction have been employed to reduce CO2 emissions and waste. The net zero carbon scheme boasts several environmental features, including ground source heat pumps, PV panels, LED lighting, EV charging points and FSC timber.
