Vistry joins Citra Living to deliver Cambridgeshire homes

Vistry has completed a deal to buy an 11.6-acre site in Great Haddon, Cambridgeshire, from O&H Properties. Vistry has partnered with Citra Living to build 178 homes on the site, 150 of which are private rental and 28 designated affordable. Vistry has already secured planning approval for the scheme, which is located next to Vistry’s Fletton Folly development. Stephen Teagle, chief executive of partnerships and regeneration at Vistry, said: “Developing sites such as this one in Great Haddon with our partners is important in helping to tackle the shortage of affordable homes in the region.” Andy Hutchinson, chief executive at Citra Living, said: “By working with providers like Vistry, we can help bring more homes on to the market faster in the areas that need them most.”
