Vistry has said it expects profit to take a £40m hit on the back of its move to close its private housebuilding arm and focus solely on affordable housing.
The housebuilder has also closed five regional business units, resulting in 200 redundancies.
The developer confirmed last month that it would focus on its affordable partnerships business, rather than private housebuilding.
