Vita Group and MRP have submitted plans for a 540-room Vita Student residence in Birmingham, their second scheme in the city.
The new development on Gough Street will aim to capture the 22% student growth in Birmingham over recent academic years.
The space will be equipped with a residents’ gym, dance studio, co-study space, social hub, games rooms and private dining rooms, across two blocks of 10 and 29 storeys.
The firms currently have two other Vita Student residences – in Pebble Mill, Birmingham, and Cannon Park, Warwick.
