Vivid names trio of new board members

Housing association Vivid has appointed Andrew Binnie, Caroline Stockmann and Abi Kee to its board as non-executive directors.

Binnie is a group treasury director at BT and has held treasurer positions at Vodafone and Lloyds TSB. 

Stockmann is a director at TreasurySpring and holds other positions, including treasurer at Oxfam International and director at Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

Kee is managing director of debt capital markets at BNP Paribas. Previously, she has held the role of executive director of debt capital at JPMorgan Chase and Co.

Mark Perry, chief executive of Vivid, said: “We are pleased to welcome Andrew, Caroline and Abi to our board. Their extensive experience and unique perspectives will be instrumental as we navigate the evolving landscape of housing and strive to deliver new homes and create communities for our customers.”
