Green REIT has completed a new set of leases with Vodafone Ireland for its offices at Central Park in Dublin.
The telecoms company, which is Green REIT’s largest tenant, has agreed to remove a lease break option set for 2018 and has committed itself to the Central Park offices until 2026.
Vodafone Ireland will pay €7.3m (£5.7m) in rent per annum with the first 12 months rent-free.
