Vodafone is poised to sign up for 3,716 sq m (40,000 sq ft) at Prologis Kingspark and British Land’s 11,000 sq m (118,407 sq ft) Blythe Valley Park in Solihull.
The mobile phone operator is in advanced negotiations to take part of a speculative building in a deal that is believed to offer an option for more space.
The move follows Centrica and Oracle’s recent decisions to take space at the park, which was developed in conjunction with Solihull council on a 68ha (168 acres) site at Junction 4 on the M42.
Prologis was unavailable for comment. Joint letting agents are FPDSavills and Holley Blake.
