Leasing and asset management platform VTS has acquired marketing automation and prospecting software company PropertyCapsule.
PropertyCapsule is used by leasing and marketing professionals to manage and market retail assets and is used by more than 50% of the top 100 retail landlords in North America, according to the company.
As part of the acquisition, chief executive of PropertyCapsule Thomas Byrne will join the VTS team as general manager, retail products and data.
Byrne will oversee the direction and delivery of VTS’s retail product offerings.
