A US prop-tech start-up which specialises in cloud-based leasing and portfolio management has hired a JLL director to launch its UK business.
VTS has poached JLL tenant representation director Charlie Wade to open a UK office and spearhead the company’s growth in Europe.
The rapidly growing start-up offers a big data portfolio management tool for landlords.
It says more than 1.5bn sq ft of real estate is now managed on its platform.
Wade has spent 10 years at JLL including a two-year spell working on the West coast of America.
He returned to the UK business at the start of this year working in the central London team.
