Cinema operator Vue has signed up to be the leisure anchor of two large shopping centre schemes.
The company will operate a 10-screen cinema at Land Securities’ and Henderson Global Investors’ 700,000 sq ft extension to Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow.
In Newport, South Wales, Vue will run a nine-screen cinema at Modus’s Friars Walk. DTZ advised Henderson/LandSec; Lunson Mitchenall and Tushingham Moore acted for Modus.
