Wagamama takes Dorchester Brewery prelet

 

Japanese inspired restaurant Wagamama is to open at Dorchester’s Brewery Square development.

 

Wagamama will occupy 3,100 sq ft in the listed Bonded Stores building, with a dining terrace overlooking the Brewery Square fountains. It joins Pizza Express, Café Rouge, Odeon Cinemas, Premier Inn and fashion retailer Hobbs in the prelet line up.

 

Waterhouse, the urban regeneration company, and Resolution Property are developing the £100m scheme, which will be sbetween Dorchester Market, the main shopping area, South Street, and Dorchester South Station

 

The main square is expected to open in October 2012.
