Langham Estate has signed up Mexican market food specialists, Wahaca, at Great Portland Street, W1.
It has agreed to let a 4,700 sq ft restaurant on a 15-year lease. It will open in September.
Nick Weir, joint managing partner at Shelley Sandzer, which acted for Wahaca, said: “This is a great new location in Fitzrovia for Wahaca, which we secured against tough competition. This new site will complement their existing presence in London, and is at the heart of one of the most in-demand locations in the capital at the moment.”
