Wainbridge has appointed three agents to find tenants for its recently acquired FC200 building in Park Royal, NW10.
The Russian-backed company recently purchased the 160,000 sq ft property for £16m from Gold 10 Property Plus.
It has now instructed Andrews Denford & Boyd, CBRE and Savills to find occupiers for the shell and core building.
One company which has been looking at FC200 is BBC Worldwide, which is currently examining alternative locations for an HQ ahead of a lease break in 2013-14 at Wood Lane, W12.
