Iceland founder Sir Malcolm Walker has finally succeeded in taking control of the frozen food retailer.
The executive chairman joined forces with chief executive Tarsem Dhaliwal to buy the 63.1% of the company owned by Johannesburg-listed Brait, for £115m.
Iceland has around 1,000 stores in the UK.
