Richard Walsh is joining Colliers International as a director in its national investment team, after a 10-year spell at GVA.
Walsh will report to and work alongside André James, Colliers’ head of national investment, and will split his time between London and Leeds.
He joins from GVA, where he has been director of investment since 2002, and has transacted some £500m of deals in the last few years, according to Colliers.
James said: “We are delighted that Richard has joined us. His broad experience across all investment sectors will prove invaluable to us as we continue to grow the team and expand our offer to our clients. This is our second appointment in a week, and there are more to come.”
