Dalian Wanda has launched the first 200-home phase of its 1.1m sq ft One Nine Elms scheme, SW8, with prices starting at around £1,300 per sq ft.

The group’s UK subsidiary Wanda One has tasked CBRE and Strutt & Parker with selling the one-, two- and three-bedroom flats.

One-bedroom flats – measuring 592 sq ft – will start at £795,000.

In total the scheme will comprise 436 flats and a five-star Wanda Vista hotel, as well as 3,584 sq ft of shops, a gym, executive lounge, parkland and a river-fronting boulevard.

The KPF-designed scheme comprises a pair of residential towers, the first of which – City Tower – rises to 655 ft and will comprise 330 luxury flats.

Michael Purefoy, deputy general manager at Wanda Commercial Properties, said: “One Nine Elms has already achieved significant interest, and the launch of City Tower demonstrates Wanda’s commitment to setting the benchmark for luxury, high-rise living on London’s South Bank.”
