Warehouse REIT is contemplating an equity fundraising to fund an acquisitions pipeline valued at around £352m.
The landlord, which focuses on last-mile warehouses, has said it has identified investment opportunities with a target investment yield of more than 6%.
Of these, around £72m are in exclusive or final negotiations or have solicitors instructed, and a further £280m are in “detailed” negotiations.
The REIT said: “The company believes that the acquisition of assets identified in this pipeline would further diversify the company’s income and be accretive to shareholder returns, in addition to continuing to strengthen the portfolio’s sustainability, quality and prospects for growth.”
It added that any such fundraising will follow the publication of a prospectus, and further details will “follow in due course”.
