Warehouse REIT will enter the FTSE 250 and All Share indices from 19 September.
The company said in a stock market update that it will also be added to the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index Series.
Chairman Neil Kirton said: “Becoming a member of the FTSE 250, All Share and EPRA Indices in under five years is an exceptional achievement, with the EPRA NTA per share for the period since IPO to last year-end producing a CAGR of 18%.
