A subsidiary of entertainment group Warner Bros has signed a 10-year lease for all of 35 High Holborn, WC1.
Warner Bros Television Production UK will move into the 17,000 sq ft grade A block. West End sources said a rent of around £48 per sq ft was agreed.
Farebrother acted for the private Greek landlord Utari; Carter Jonas represented the tenant.
