Warner Estate Holdings has let around 35,000 sq ft (3,252 sq m) of offices at its Cavern Walks development in Liverpool.
Liverpool-based law firm Davies, Wallis, Foyster has agreed to lease 7,900 sq ft (734 sq m) for an administration centre at a rent of £75,355 pa (£9.50 per sq ft (£102 per sq m)).
Last October, insurance group Direct Line took 26,600 sq ft (2,471 sq m) at the building over two floors, for which it is paying £239,500 pa (£9 per sq ft (£97 per sq m).
Warner Estate bought the retail and office scheme in March 2002.
The lettings follow a refurbishment programme by Warner, prior to which much of the office space above the ground floor shops had been empty for more than four years.
Cavern Walks houses the Cavern Club, in which the Beatles made their name in the early 1960s.
