Charles Warrack has been promoted to partner at Birmingham-based niche agent Johnson Fellows.
The head of office agency joined the firm two years ago from Vail Williams in the city, where he was responsible for acquisitions, leasing and sales. Prior to this, Warrack worked for JLL, King Sturge and Chesterton.
Warrack has worked in Birmingham since 1996, specialising in office agency, and has acted for a variety of major developers, property companies, banks, pension funds, high net worth individuals and occupiers.
The promotion is part of Johnson Fellows’ plans to reinforce its presence in the Birmingham and West Midlands’ office market.
He said: “It’s been a fantastic couple of years. We have expanded our client list, and have recently undertaken some office acquisitions in the Midlands and the South East.
