Jewellery retailer Warren James is planning a new 65,000 sq ft headquarters on a vacant site in Stockport.
Warren James has submitted plans to Stockport Metropolitan borough council for a two-storey property on around half of the site, on which a warehouse and office known as Banner House stood before being demolished this year.
The remainder of the site would be used for additional development plans.
Fletcher Rae Architects submitted the plans.
