Meyer Bergman’s and Warren Todd’s Warrior Group have submitted plans for the £1bn redevelopment of the Whiteleys Building in Queensway, W2.
The Foster + Partners-designed plans include the demolition of the 1980s building which sits behind the Grade-II listed façade.
It will be replaced with a 515,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme including 100 homes around an inner courtyard with new shops, a hotel and leisure facilities.
