After a quiet few years, the industry will be seeing much more of Quintain, insists chief executive Max James.
The developer is looking beyond Wembley and Greenwich and eyeing the private rented sector, James tells EG this week.
“We’ve been quite introspective over the last five or six years post-credit crisis,” he admits. “I think we’ve now got the confidence that we can start communicating with the market and actually showing people what we’ve done.”
