Waterfall Holdings has bought snooker club operator Radion Leisure and sister company FTB Leisure for £14.2m.
Privately-owned Radion and FTB operate 14 cue sports clubs, six health clubs, four tenpin bowling centres, two pubs and a nightclub in the South East.
