Capital-38 and Morgan Capital have been given the go-ahead by Lambeth Council for a 43,000 sq ft office refurbishment in Waterloo, SE1.
The Fathom Architects-designed LOMA scheme at 1 Lower Marsh is expected to get under way early next year and complete towards in the third quarter of 2025.
The self-contained, seven-storey HQ building includes a courtyard entrance and terraces. It will target BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5*, WELL Platinum, as well as being net zero carbon in operation.
Savills and USP are joint leasing agents on the scheme.
