Watkin Jones has won a resolution to grant planning for 600 homes, with a mix of build-to-rent and student housing on Lower Bristol Road, in Bath.
Plans will see 316 flats, including 95 affordable homes, and 335 student bedrooms.
Phased completion is expected between 2024 and 2025.
