Watt Gilchrist takes offices in Bradford’s Albion Mills

Creative and branding agency Watt Gilchrist has taken 18,500 sq ft at Hanson Real Estates’ Albion Mills in one of Bradford’s biggest lettings of the year so far.

The company is to relocate from its current premises in north Leeds to the converted former mill building in the Greengates area of Bradford.

The company has agreed to a 10-year lease for 14,565 sq ft in the Emerald Building and is set to set to occupy further floors of the adjacent Jade Building totalling a 3,741 sq ft at £10.50 per sq ft.

Hanson Real Estates project director Harry Johnson said, “We are delighted that Watt Gilchrist has chosen to relocate to Albion Mills.

“Once the remaining two floors are let in Jade Building, we intend to look at developing the rest of the site to provide further high quality office accommodation for what I am confident will prove to be a popular business location.”

Joint letting agents are King Sturge and Mark Brearley. King Sturge advised Watt Gilchrist.
