Wells Fargo buys London office

Wells Fargo has agreed the purchase of an office currently under construction at 33 Central, King William Street, in the City of London.

The deal, at around £300m, is one of the largest since the referendum on European Union membership on 23 June.

HB Reavis had been in talks to lease the space to Wells Fargo. The move will enable the US bank to house all its staff, currently spread over four sites, in one building.
