The West End headquarters of CoStar and Carter Jonas has been put up for sale, with offers of more than £60m sought.
Schroders-managed WELPUT has appointed CBRE and Strutt & Parker to sell One Chapel Place, W1. The asking price reflects a 3.55% yield.
The 35,000 sq ft office block completed in 2012. Other tenants include Johnson & Johnson.
Rents at the property are typically more than £70 per sq ft.
It marks WELPUT’s second-largest disposal this year, after selling its stake alongside Hermes Real Estate in The Point, W2, to Tishman Speyer for £210m in July.
