The Welsh Development Agency (WDA) is to speculatively build a 27,000 sq ft (2,601 sq m) call centre in Bridgend town centre, South Wales.
The WDA plans to seek Building Research Establishment certification for the £2.8m centre, in a bid to underline is quality in the eyes of potential occupiers.
