The government will decide tomorrow whether a proposed new £475msports stadium at Wembley needs to be redesigned.
Sports minister Kate Hoey is examining a report from Ellerbe Beckett on the plans.
But uncertainty over the design is undermining Wembley National Stadium Ltd’s efforts to raise £355m in the city to cover the cost of construction.
