Fujitsu is planning a move out of the City to a new London headquarters.
The technology company, advised by Colliers CRE, is looking for 35,000-40,000 sq ft to replace its 30,000 sq ft office at Incepta Group’s 26 Finsbury Square, EC2.
A source close to Fujitsu said the West End was preferred, although it is also considering Midtown.
“It makes sense for Fujitsu to move out of the City,” said a source.
Fujitsu recently won new computer contracts with the Department for Work & Pensions and several local authorities and is also looking for a 40,000-60,000 sq ft office in Bracknell.
Meanwhile, Alliance Capital has upped its requirement already the largest in the West End from 100,000 sq ft to 120,000 sq ft. DTZ is advising.
