NORO (UK) have bought the leasehold of two linked office buildings at 29, 31 and 33 Davies Street, W1, for £6m.
The vendors were Varity Holdings, formerly Massey Ferguson Holdings, and the buildings provides 22,300 sq ft of space. It is presently let to seven tenants with 5,500 sq ft vacant. Current income is £425,000 pa.
NORO, a Dutch fund, have built up a £100m portfolio of UK property in the last year. De Morgan & Co advised them on the latest purchase, while Jackson-Stops & Staff acted for Varity.
