Rents at a West End office building have gone through the £100 per sq ft barrier.
Finance company Nevsky Capital has agreed to pay £107.50 for the top floor of 10 Old Burlington Street, W1.
The top floor of the City & West End scheme – funded by Standard Life provides 4,000 sq ft.
Earlier this month the London teams of Arlington Securities and Akeler signed a prelet for 20,000 sq ft at the same building.
They will pay £91 per sq ft to occupy the lower floors following Australian parent Macquarie Goodman decision to merge the firms.
Rents for offices in London only hit the £100 per sq ft barrier in May this year.
Angelo Gordon and Co, a US investment specialist took a ten-year lease on the second floor of a development at 25 Hanover Square in Mayfair.
Drivas Jonas and Strutt & Parker are agents for the Old Burlington Street scheme.
