The West End home of Dutch fashion retailer SuperTrash, 55 South Molton Street, W1, has been put up for sale.
A private vendor has appointed Strutt & Parker to sell the virtual freehold from City of London Corporation. The purchase is for a term of 2,000 years from 25 March 1922.
The 3,111 sq ft property also includes a two-bedroom flat.
Last year, SuperTrash agreed to open its first UK shop at the building. The current rent is £262,500 pa, and the lease is until August 2022.
Offers in excess of £6.5m are sought for the property, reflecting a 3.8% net initial yield.
