Black Country tycoons Don and Roy Richardson have sold their 23,875 sq m (275,000 sq ft) retail development at Birmingham’s Fort Dunlop site for £90m in the largest property deal outside London this year. The buyers are a consortium consisting of Clerical Medical Investment Group, AMP and the British Airways Pension Fund.
