Three former police stations in the Birmingham area are due to go under the hammer at Bond Wolfe’s next auction.
The properties in Darlaston (pictured above), Hansworth and Tettenhall are all being sold by West Midlands Police freehold and are considered suitable for a variety of uses, subject to planning permission.
The properties will all appear in Bond Wolfe Auctions’ next sale on Tuesday 10 September at the Holte Suite at Aston Villa FC.
Ian Tudor, managing director of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “I have a longstanding working relationship with West Midlands Police and I am delighted to be instructed on these three cracking opportunities.”
