IM Properties has bought West Swindon District Shopping Centre on behalf of charity Christian Vision for £18m.
The purchase price reflects a yield of 6.26%.
The 20.5-acre (8.3ha) Wiltshire centre was sold by an unnamed Danish owner.
IM has acquired investment properties for Christian Vision before, having paid £8m for 79/83 Colmore Road, Birmingham in October 2000.
Pentstone Consultancy was the vendor’s agent, with Molyneux Rose acting for the purchaser.
