Westcombe House PBSA hits the market for £19m

Linden Hill Capital has appointed Knight Frank to market Westcombe House, a purpose-built student accommodation scheme located in Greenwich, SE10, for offers more than £19m.

The three-storey development comprises 61 studio rooms along with amenities a gym, gaming room, cinema, lounge, outdoor terrace and private dining room.

The scheme is situated on Tunnel Avenue close to the University of Greenwich and Ravensbourne University.
