Inditex brands Stradivarius, Pull & Bear and Bershka are among the fashion brands which are opening new shops at the Westfield extension, W12.
Other fashion brands close to exchanging deals to open at the £600m development include River Island and Mango, both of which will be upsizing from their stores in the existing centre.
Catalogue favourite Boden will be opening its second physical store following its debut bricks and mortar shop which it opened in Chelsea on the King’s Road, SW6, in November last year.
Peruvian street food chain Senor Ceviche is looking to open its third London restaurant on the lower ground floor of the centre.
Other eateries on the line-up include steak and cocktail restaurant Zelman Meats. The brand, owned by Goodman Restaurants, which also owns Burger & Lobster, will be opening its fourth London restaurant on the ground floor next to Senor Ceviche.
Other restaurants making up the lower ground floor food and beverage offering include Europe’s largest 17,400 sq ft Japanese Food Hall, Ichiba. It will be the first location in a new generation of boutique bowling venues for All Star Lanes, which is taking 16,910 sq ft, and Social Entertainment Venue’s new mini-golf venture Puttshack is taking 20,000 sq ft.
A number of furniture retailers are also taking space on the lower ground floor including DFS, Raft, Clas Ohlson and Habitat.
Existing retailers are also upsizing, including UGG, Cath Kidston, The White Company and H&M, which have all agreed to take space for major store upgrades within the expansion.
New Look was considering taking a larger store, but ultimately decided that it was not commercially viable as it is looking to reduce its rent bill as part of a turnaround plan.
The expansion of Westfield London will create an extra 740,000 sq ft of retail, dining, entertainment and leisure space, bringing the total gross leasable area to 2.6m sq ft and number of stores from 360 to 450.
The shopping centre will open with John Lewis’ 230,000 sq ft anchor and around 50% of the shops including H&M, Adidas and Boots on 20 March. It is expected to be fully open by 30th October.
