Westminster City Council gave the go-ahead for a further 800+ flats in the borough this week.
Berkeley Group has been given permission for its Squire & Partners-designed West End Green scheme on Edgware Road, W2 (top left). It will provide 652 flats within a 30-storey tower.
The Reuben Brothers’ Motcomb Estates was granted consent for the conversion of Millbank Tower at 21-24 Millbank, SW1, from a 408,000 sq ft office into 207 flats and a 150-bedroom hotel with a sky bar.
